Anne Leavitt
Anne Leavitt is the Chief Operating Officer for the Belfonti Companies. During her career in the real estate field, Ms. Leavitt has been responsible for the management of over one million square feet of residential and commercial properties. She is responsible for overseeing portfolio performance tracking, budgeting and reporting, acquisitions and dispositions, lease negotiations, marketing, construction project management and project cost control. She also has extensive experience in the architectural field, having worked in the past producing and coordinating design and construction documents for various projects, including work at Foxwoods Resort Hotel and Casino in Ledyard, Connecticut as well as several retail projects for Victoria’s Secret, The Limited and Henri Bendel. Ms. Leavitt is currently attending Quinnipiac University and expects to receive her Juris Doctor in 2009. She is also a graduate of the University of Connecticut with an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. She received her B.A. in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati.
